TuffNek and its sibling brand, RuffGuard, have secured patents internationally, opening new markets for each brand. The designs have been awarded patent in Australia and are patent pending in Canada. US patents were secured in 2023 with additional patents awarded earlier this year for acoustic dampening designs.

IPS Water-Tite currently has a non-exclusive agreement for manufacture and sales in the US, Canada, and Australia with product expected to launch later this year in wholesale and retail channels. "We're thrilled with our partnership with Water-Tite. They have a strong distribution system in these countries and beyond."
"Both TuffNek and RuffGuard offer UPC Certified solutions for two code requirements with one product and with 40% less steel. By reducing both volume of boxes and weight, we're creating real value for international product given rising cost in freight." Loew shared. "That translates into better pricing for the trades and higher margins for our license-partners."
TuffNek and its sibling RuffGuard are available in standard and acoustic dampening models. Both brands are each separately available for license to manufacture and distribute in the U.S. and internationally within wholesale and retail channels.
